“Don’t know what I want, but I know how to get it”
Agile June 8th, 2008Last night I had an insomnia! I hate when it happens! The following day the body appears overwhelmed. Taking advantage this situation I started to seek for some articles that talk about “agile development”, more precisely “iterating and incrementing“. And I found a great article that talks exactly the difference between them.
The full article can be read at:
http://www.agileproductdesign.com/blog/dont_know_what_i_want.html
The article doesn’t talk only about difference between the concepts, but also, explains the actual situation at much enterprises when the subject is: ” Does the CUSTOMER know what he wants?”.
Good reading

Nice post.
The best phrase in my opinion is: “We know what we want. Can you estimate how long it will take to build?”.
To plan projects actualy this is very necessary.
The ghost called estimate.
